Stayurban – Dusseldorf

It’s official: an exciting new residential project in modular construction is being built at Vogelsanger Weg 6 in Dusseldorf, which we are particularly looking forward to.

Here, 200 Stayurban Apartments and 160 Staytoo Apartments are being built on an area of 9,342 m². This project marks a further step in our ongoing development.

The Stayurban Apartments are aimed at professionals who work in Dusseldorf and are looking for modern and comfortable living space. The apartments are fully furnished and offer everything you need for a long stay.

All Staytoo apartments are specially designed for students or trainees. They are slightly smaller than the Stayurban apartments, but still offer everything you require for a pleasant stay.

Preparations are already in full swing, with construction scheduled to begin in early 2025 once the old buildings on the site have been demolished.
